Grey Light
“Grey Light” anchors the façade of the house with a quiet, gravitational presence, a compact constellation of dots and lines that glows against the soft grey field. Set within a lush garden and framed by the long axis of the pool, the mural acts as a visual hinge between architecture and landscape, echoing pathways, flows of water, and the daily movements of those who inhabit the space. The restrained palette intensifies the structure of the composition: each dot appears as a point of awareness, each line as a directional beam that suggests corridors, crossings, and encounters.
In this work, connection is rendered as a kind of luminous geometry, radiating out from the wall into the surrounding air and light. The linear elements appear almost like rays cutting through space, as if mapping the intangible routes of thought, feeling, and conversation that traverse the house. “Grey Light” turns the exterior wall into both a threshold and a diagram, inviting viewers to imagine how their own trajectories weave into this ordered yet open network of relations, and how even the calm of a private home is threaded with invisible links to the wider world.
