Nature Finds a Way

NATURE FINDS A WAY, 2024⠀ Mural (handpainted) ⠀ Variable dimensions ⠀ 15th Havana Biennial @BienaldeLaHabana⠀ ⠀ The artwork that comes to life on the deteriorated wall is a representation of the resilience of nature. The dots and lines in shades of green, black, and yellow create the illusion of a vibrant garden blooming despite the imperfections of the surroundings. The lower part of the wall, marked by wear and graffiti, contrasts with the life that unfolds above. This mural communicates a story of overcoming, reminding us that even in the most difficult places, beauty can arise. ⠀ ⠀ Each stroke and color in the mural symbolize the tenacity of nature, which always finds a way to grow, regardless of obstacles. The greens represent hope and renewal, while the yellow adds a joyful and optimistic sunshine. The black strokes, on the other hand, add depth and a sense of connection to reality, reminding us that growth often occurs amid adversity. This mural stands as a beacon of inspiration, contemplating the ability to flourish in challenging circumstances. ⠀ ⠀ Location: Malecón and Galiano⠀ This mural is part of Detrás del Muro, project of the 15th Havana Biennial
