Full Life

“Full Life” is a mural that reflects a life fully lived—layered, luminous, and deeply interconnected. Composed of laser-cut acrylic mirror reflective pieces, the work uses reflection as both material and metaphor. Each dot represents individual moments and identities accumulated over time, while the lines trace the invisible paths that bind them into a unified whole. As light, movement, and presence activate the surface, the mural continually transforms, mirroring the way memory and time reshape the perception of life. “Full Life” evokes an existence filled with meaning, where every experience contributes to the richness of the whole. The conceptual foundation of the mural lies in the story of the couple who inhabit the home: seventy years of life, fifty of them shared. Their journey spans love and struggle, work and celebration, the raising of children, the arrival of grandchildren, and an ongoing engagement with life. “Full Life” becomes a visual testament to this shared history, translating decades of experience into a reflective constellation of moments and connections. Each fragment holds traces of the past while reflecting the present, affirming the artist’s belief that connection gives life its depth, and that a full life is shaped not by perfection, but by continuity, relationship, and time.
