Every action extends beyond ourselves, creating ripples that move through others and into the world.

Air Connected unfolds over World Connection, a floor mural in which each dot represents an individual and each line the connections between us. Within this network, I perform a dance interpreting air as an invisible, infinite link: continuously moving from person to person, place to place, and across the world.

We are connected in countless ways, through family, friendship, love, work, memory, and shared experience. Yet air offers perhaps the most elemental expression of this connection. It moves through and around us without boundaries, passing between bodies and places, reminding us that what appears separate is continually in exchange.

The work reflects on this interdependence and on the ripple effect of our actions. What we give, create, and set into motion does not end with us. It travels outward, becoming part of something larger.

Composer Elar created the cyclical score to evoke the continuous flow of air within and around us, while videographer Andrez Abril translated the performance into moving image. Together, sound, movement, image, and the painted network become expressions of the same idea: our lives do not exist in isolation. We are all connected.
