This photograph was created in Cali, Colombia, in front of the mural Cali Blooms. The mural is located on a historic building in the city center and was inspired by the region’s fertile land and the salsa classic Las caleñas son como las flores by Jorge Ospina. The photograph “Life is a Dance” features the iconic local salsa dancers Camilo Zamora and Jisel Rengifo. A portion of the sales from this limited edition print benefits Tecnocentro Cultural Somos Pacífico, a local foundation transforming one of Cali’s most violent and impoverished communities through education, technology, and the arts.
