Together We Are Infinite

A dot exists on its own, distinct and complete. A line creates a path between dots, establishing relationships, movement, and connection. Together, these two fundamental elements form the visual language of Pipe Yanguas’ work and reflect a central idea within his practice: we are all connected. Each of us carries individual experiences, thoughts, and perspectives, yet it is through our relationships with one another that a greater whole emerges. Individuality is not lost through connection; it becomes part of an expanding network of shared experience. Together, we are infinite.

Together We Are Infinite extends this idea beyond the artwork and into the communities where Yanguas creates. After completing a mural in a city’s public space, he transforms the wall into a stage, inviting artists and creatives born in that city to become part of a photographic portrait of its creative identity. The resulting images bring together mural, individual, and place, capturing different expressions of creativity connected by a shared origin. Released in limited editions of eight, each photograph carries that connection beyond its original setting, while a portion of every sale supports local arts foundations, extending the project’s network of connection to the next generation of creators.
